We base our management on responsible behaviour and economic efficiency, focusing on the socio-economic development of all professionals in the Group, regardless of the centre or region.

We guarantee equal opportunities, strictly complying with the applicable regulation for our activity and following the highest ethical and professional behaviour standards.

Sepiolsa’s principles of operation are: compliance with current laws and regulations at all times, respect, integrity, transparency, excellence, professionalism and social responsibility.

Specifically in Senegal, where we have a production plant, we do our bit to improve the lives of the individuals and families around us, investing in local development projects.

This is a global project – health, education, prevention – which, in collaboration with the African NGO AMREF has been implemented in the area of Mbodiene. This is, of course, only a small contribution to the vast needs of the African continent, but each of the professionals forming the Sepiolsa Group feels proud to have contributed, and to continue to contribute year after year, to making the world a better place.

For over 20 years, we have been collaborating with FAPAM (the Federation of Animal Protection and Defence Organisations in the Autonomous Region of Madrid). Over the past year, we have donated over 150,000 litres of cat litter, contributing to the well-being of thousands of cats whilst they were waiting to find a home.
